Shipping & Returns

United Kingdom:
Items listed on this site as ‘in stock’ are available for immediate delivery, and will be posted within 3 working days of orders being placed before 1pm, using UK Royal Mail Special delivery Service (Tracked & Signed for) @ £6.85.

Commissions and pieces made to order will take 4-6 weeks, and you will be kept in touch with the design and making process by email. Postage will be by UK Royal Mail Special Delivery. If you require something faster, please get in touch with me to discuss your timescales.

If you are in a country that isn't specified, I am happy to work with you to arrange shipping on request.

International:
International orders will be shipped with Royal Mail Signed for international delivery and cost £20. Delivery can take up to 14 working days depending on your location.

Please be aware that there might be additional custom charges with items shipped internationally. Sandy Ray Jewellery is not responsible to cover these charges and it is up to the customer to research local fees before placing an order.
 

Gift notes:
We are happy to include a personal note in your package. Please leave a note at check out if you require a gift note. 

Returns and Exchanges:
Please make sure you read item descriptions and sizes carefully before placing your order and don`t hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions.

Returns (excluding sale items) are accepted if you`re not 100% happy with your purchase, except for personalised items and earrings (due to hygienic reasons)

All items must be returned in original packaging and condition (unused), any loss in value due to damage, missing parts or other reasons will be the buyer`s responsibility.

Buyer is responsible for return postage costs, using a signed for service is recommended as items lost in transit will not be refunded.

If you decide to return your item, you have 14 days from receiving the item to inform me, and another 14 days to post it back.

Once the item has been received back to Sandy Ray Jewellery, it will be inspected to ensure the item is in the same condition as previously sold.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
 

European Union 14 day cooling off period:
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please get in touch if you`re considering a return and I`ll provide return address for you to proceed. ​
 

Faulty items:
Please get in touch within 14 days of receipt if your item is faulty and we can discuss how to proceed.

 

Cancellation of item:
As most of my jewellery is made to order, please email me within 48 hrs of placing your order on gem@sandyray.rocks to cancel.
